1973 Utah License Plate NATURAL (no sticker) Dated base

This item is 100% All Original. I have not even attempted to clean it. It is a "natural" plate, meaning that no stickers from any other years have ever been on the plate. Considering that these black on white Utah base plates were used for many years, natural  license plates are hard to come by, and are prized by license plate collectors.
