My husband used to work for Cincinnati Milacron in Cincinnati, OH. Every year at Christmas the company would give a gift to every employee. In 1977 it was a pattern and directions on how to make a Christmas House.My children were young at the time so we made the Christmas House.
It is a better recipe than those that come in ready made kits today. The icing, which is the most critical part in getting it to stick together is stronger than some other recipes. The recipe for the pattern pieces is good too although you have to measure and cut the pieces to the exact size.
Great project to do with your kids if you have the time.
They were also having a contest that year for the best. I did not enter. I will send the contest info too since I kept everything together.
