Ideal for postal carriers, delivery drivers, construction and road crews, and first responders, cleats can also be used off the job for hiking, fishing, and other outdoor activities that require winter traction. The STABIL Traction System features 15 heat-treated steel cleats, which are threaded into each stretch-to-fit thermoplastic elastomer full-sole binding for maximum surface contact. Cleats are replaceable, and compatible with anti-spark brass cleats (sold separately). The Adjustable SureFit binding system includes a series of hook-and-loop straps that securely fasten to any boot or shoe, from heel to toe, and hold strong even in wet conditions.
