NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR 1964-65 LARGE DODGE CANVAS BANNER 8 FEET UNUSED. Large Dodge Canvas Unisphere Banner Sign in original packaging including all the wood, screws, connectors and instructions used to hang the sign outside Dodge Dealerships offering "Free chances to win (one of) 12 Dodge Cars" with the Unisphere logo and "World's Fair Host Station" at the bottom. This one was never used. (See Coke can upper left to get a good idea of the size) It has been rolled up in it's original brown paper packing for at least 55 years. It's huge, at just under 8 feet long and 44 inches wide. Near Mint, just the slightest bit of edgewear, new old stock. Incredibly all the original hanging hardware including the instruction sheet (not pictured) is included, just missing 2 pieces of wire according to the contents list. Almost non existent, very hard to find. I did see one sell on Ebay recently for 9 but it didn't have any of the original hardware. Here is a one time chance to for the World's Fair collector to get a item that was not mass produced as almost all the items from this fair were starting in 1961.
