Pre-Owned/Used*Breyer Traditional Horse Wood/Wooden Barn w/Stalls, Fencing*Stall

Pre-Owned; Large Wooden Breyer Horse Barn measuring 30.5" x 21"
In addition to barn, you will receive tack racks, saddle stand and 2 section of wood fencing.
Item is used and does have a couple damages.
- Side door, top screws are missing on hinge.  These can be replaced but I'm selling as-is.
- Water containers are not attached on inside of stalls.  These can easily be attached with glue or small screws/nails but selling as-is.
- Stall gate latching is missing and wall that it connects to has come un-glued where it meets in the back.  Easily fixed with glue but selling as-is
I could fix these things but simply don't have the time to fuss with it.  All easy fixes, but selling as-is.
Lastly, wood is in excellent condition all around with  no marks, gouges, etc. but does have mark on teh side wall (as shown in photos).

Pick-up will need to be pre-arranged prior to sale.  Item is located in Center City, MN.  I can meet no more than a 15 mile radius from where item is located.
